The Founder

Mike Kuharske, BBA - University of WI - Milwaukee

Mike has over 17 years of experience in marketing, sales and advertising in industries including health care, commercial real estate, technology, staffing, insurance, financial services, legal, non-profit, manufacturing, architecture and printing.  His career has included strategic marketing, creative development, and sales and marketing analysis.

Recent Success

Most recently Mike helped guide the restructuring and dramatic growth of a local publishing company.  In a turbulent industry, he built needed structure and processes, developed and managed talented personnel, outsorced non-core business functions, launched a new brand, and developed profitable external partnerships.  His leadership contributed to a doubling of sales, formerly unobtainable profitability, and a clear competitive leadership position in the market.

President

David Koziol, BS - Marquette University - Milwaukee

David has 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and advertising in the consumer and B2B arenas.
Over that period, he has developed and implemented creative, strategic marketing initiatives within both advertising agency and corporate settings. Having spent time as an advertising agency owner and VP of Marketing at Zilber, Ltd., David brings strategic creativity, competitive drive, entrepreneurial desire and in-depth marketing expertise.
