Mike Kuharske
Position:President

Fun Facts:Quit playing softball, volleyball, golf and ice hockey to launch Gravity Marketing.
About:
Mike has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and advertising in industries including health care, commercial real estate, technology, staffing, insurance, financial services, legal, non-profit, manufacturing, architecture and printing. His career has included strategic marketing, creative development, and sales and marketing analysis.
 
Elizabeth Hockerman
Position:Vice President, Content & Ops
Specialty:Content Development, Marketing & Public Relations Strategy
Fun Facts:Can repeat a story back, practically verbatim.
About:
A Chicago native, Elizabeth moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University. Her journalism curriculum sent her all over the city, from covering local businesses, interviewing politicians and conducting research, to completing multiple internships. After falling in love with Milwaukee – and her future husband – she officially became a transplant. Elizabeth now has nearly 15 years of reporting and public relations experience, along with numerous awards for her work across manufacturing, technology, agriculture, construction and professional services industries.
 
Ana Yardley

Specialty:Digital Marketing Strategy, Digital transformation, Sales & Marketing automation, Product development
Fun Facts:Speaks 3 languages, loves a good dance floor competition and a table tennis match.
About:
With an international background, Ana has over 12 years’ experience working with organizations to leverage their competitive advantages through digital transformation in their processes, marketing, sales and people skills. She has developed digital marketing initiatives from website development to SEO and Google Adwords strategy, Marketing Automation and CRM implementation. Ana’s motivation is to contribute to growth in businesses and people. Ana has a Global MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK, and is always on the lookout for what’s next to learn and implement.
 
Luke Wautier
Position:Technology Director
Specialty:Web Development, Database Architecture, Interactive Development
Fun Facts:Luke has had an active love for music spanning nearly 20 years of guitar, drums, and singing.
About:
Hailing from the Door County Peninsula, Luke moved to Milwaukee in 2007 to pursue a career in web development. Across his career he has become adept in classic asp, cold fusion, Microsoft .net, AJAX, PHP, SQL, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, and CSS. In addition to a long history of custom web development, Luke has worked with several dozen third party services and is proficient with API integrations of all shapes and sizes. With over ten years of development experience, Luke has seen a vast evolution of the industry and looks forward to continuously learning and growing as new technologies and techniques become available to add to his arsenal.
 
Margie Heyworth
Position:Marketing Manager

Fun Facts:Has costumed a musical for 100 kids with only $250. Loves theater, the outdoors and even outdoor theater.
About:
Margie has more than 20 years of project management, marketing and communication experience. Her passion for helping organizations achieve their goals has lead her on a wild ride from a start as a political pollster and market researcher, through product development, marketing strategy, communication, and management positions. She has experience working in industries as diverse as manufacturing, engineered products, insurance, and non-profit arts & entertainment.
 
Colleen Mayberry
Position:Marketing Manager
Specialty:Campaigns, Finding new competitive advantages, Budgets, and Communication and strategy
Fun Facts:Much like the TV show Chopped can prepare an amazing dinner with limited ingredients from the pantry – sometimes they are a mystery.
About:
A graduate from Indiana University and recent transplant to Milwaukee, Colleen started her marketing career as an intern in wireless but recently has been involved in designing and building Sports Broadcast stages and Work-at-height Training. She has worked on both client and agency side of the business and has over 11 years of experience. Most of her golfing buddies tend to ask her to sit on their Charity Boards to “help” with the event’s marketing efforts. In the warm months you can find Colleen doing anything outside and generally with camera in tow. During football season though, she will be trying to find ONE TV in all of Milwaukee that is playing the Colts game.
 
Dan Busalacchi
Position:Assistant Marketing Manager

Fun Facts:You’d be hard pressed to stump me at “Six Degrees of Separation for Film Actors”
About:
Dan, a life-long Milwaukee native, received his degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His professional background includes copy writing, graphic design, email marketing, social media marketing and analytics. With over 8 years of experience, Dan has worked in a variety of in-house marketing departments and worked on marketing content for manufacturing, interior design, professional services and non-profits. When he is not working, Dan can be found taking photography, going to the movies or being in the outdoors.
 
Rachel Hardwick
Position:Assistant Marketing Manager
Specialty:Content Creation, Web Development, Graphic Design, Strategic Analytics, Digital and Print Marketing.
Fun Facts:Taught herself how to play 7 different instruments.
About:
Rachel studied Graphic Communications at Gateway Technical College and Business Marketing at Ashford University. Her professional background includes work as a lead graphic designer, promotional model, freelance marketing consultant and events coordinator. She’s also worked with various non-profits and has helped facilitate guerilla creative placemaking initiatives throughout the city of Milwaukee, some of which have gained national exposure and funding. When she’s not behind her computer you may spot her running along the Beerline trail with her lovable Pitbull, wandering around a street/music festival, or at a local Mexican restaurant taking advantage of their $1 tacos.
 
Nathan Howell
Position:Software Developer
Specialty:Responsive Web Development, .NET Development, Algorithms
Fun Facts:Nathan is an avid gamer, who enjoys playing video and board games of almost all types. He built has own computer to facilitate this.
About:
Nathan received his degree in Software Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He has picked up a wide-reaching skillset across many technologies, including Microsoft .NET, Java, ASP.NET, Javascript, many flavors of SQL, Phonegap/Cordova Mobile App programming, HTML, and CSS.
 
Matt Callies
Position:Marketing Coordinator
Specialty:Social Media, Content Creation, Communications, and Event Promotion
Fun Facts:Loves making bad jokes and one-liners in random situations.
About:
As graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Matt earned his degree in Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies with a minor in Communications. Matt has worked with a number of non-profits and a variety of companies with social media, content creation, communications and event promotion. In his free time, you can find Matt watching his beloved Milwaukee Brewers, playing volleyball and enjoying the weather on a patio somewhere in the city.
 
Paulette Salazar
Position:Marketing & Event Coordinator
Specialty:Event Planning, Social Media Management, Communication, Hospitality
Fun Facts:Paulette enjoys supporting live stand-up comedy and knows all 50 state capitals without singing a song!
About:
From small town U.S.A, also known as Belgium, she is excited to dive into the Milwaukee scene. Paulette earned her degree in Communication and Spanish with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Her professional event background ranges from on-site wedding coordination at Blue Harbor Resort to booking extraordinary variety acts at UW-Stevens Point. After gaining knowledge in sales, marketing efforts and events while interning at an entertainment agency in Chicago – she is ready to start her career at Gravity Marketing. On the weekends you can find Paulette at any local sushi bar or on stage at a karaoke bar.
 
Iesha Doane
Position:Marketing Assistant
Specialty:Communication, Creative Strategy, Social Media Marketing, and Customer Service.
Fun Facts:Iesha has a passion for traveling! She has traveled to India, England, France, and several states around the US. She is looking forward to going to Brazil at the end of summer.
About:
Iesha Doane is a Madison native who enjoys meeting new people. She studied English and Film Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is interested in marketing because she loves working with people and embracing the daily challenges the industry entails. Iesha has interned for the East Town Association, Milwaukee Film Festival, and Luci Boutique. Her diverse background has taught her how to use creativity to tell a story and develop strong problem-solving skills.
 
David King
Position:Marketing Assistant
Specialty:Communication, Content Promotion, Coffee Runs
Fun Facts:During a trip to Hawaii, David swam with Sea Turtles and stood on an active volcano. Currently, David plays competitive soccer for Riverwest Hops FC
About:
David graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. During his education David focused on business communication and communication within groups and teams. While working at UWM David helped plan, coordinate, and execute events throughout campus including the 2016 Democratic Primary debate. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities such as soccer, hiking, and biking.
