WasteCap’s sixth annual Emerald Evening fundraising gala – Thursday, Sept 27!

We would like to invite everyone to attend WasteCap’s sixth annual fundraising gala, The Emerald Evening!

The event is just $10 to attend coming up Thursday, September 27th from 4-7pm at the LVL Events  in Milwaukee.

The Emerald Evening features live reuse material performance art, sustainable cuisine from local restaurants, FREE beer and wine, select items from our new architectural salvage warehouse and thousands in unique auction packages, all while supporting WasteCap’s vision of Transforming Waste Into Resources!

Why the Emerald Evening is so important this year is that the funds generated from the event are making a direct impact in our new salvaging and deconstruction initiatives. In conjunction with the City of Milwaukee, WasteCap is saving materials from foreclosed homes and buildings ready to be razed. The funds are not only helping secure the tools and resources needed to do the work, but actually putting people back to work with paid employment and training opportunities through Southeast Wisconsin.
